By enrolling in our courses and accessing and/or using this website and related services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, which include our Privacy Policy (Terms). These Terms are the entire agreement between you and us in relation to its subject matter. You acknowledge that you have not relied on any statement, promise or representation or assurance or warranty that is not set out in the Terms.

Definitions

‘Course’ means the series of classes as a complete package offered by Double Shot SEO Pty Ltd.
‘Lesson’ means any online tutorial offered by Double Shot SEO Pty Ltd as part of a specific Course offering this service.
‘Content’ means title and interest (including copyright, designs, patents, trademarks and other intellectual property rights) in this website and in all of the material of our Courses, Lessons, and videos (including all text, graphics, logos, audio and software) made available on this website or in materials provided as part of Courses.
‘Instructor’ means an individual employed or contracted by Double Shot SEO Pty Ltd who is authorised to provide you with Content, deliver lessons, or otherwise assist with your completion of a designated Course.
‘Tutor’ means an individual employed or contracted by Double Shot SEO Pty Ltd who is authorised to run tutoring and support sessions as part of a particular Course.
‘Registration’ means the process you must follow in order to enrol in a particular Course.
‘Student’ means an individual who is registered and has paid for their particular Course.
‘Administration Fee’ means an amount charged to you based on particular changes made to a Course you are registered for. This fee is $100AUD.

Registration

You are required to register a Membervault account with us to enable you to enrol in any Course.
When you register and activate your account, you will provide us with personal information such as your name, email address, age bracket, gender, and billing address. This information is collected to ensure your eligibility for a Double Shot SEO Pty Ltd course. You must ensure this information is accurate and current. We will handle all personal information we collect in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
When you register and activate your account, you will be required to create a password and validate your email address as this will be used as your username. You are responsible for keeping this username and password secure and are responsible for all use and activity carried out under this username.
From time to time, your name may be displayed as part of a Course or Lesson. When registering and activating your account, we strongly recommend using a pseudo name rather than your full name if you do not want others to be able to identify your full name.

Registration requirement: Age

At this time, Double Shot SEO Pty Ltd Courses are adult-oriented (18+), based on Content, style of instruction, and time required to complete the Course.
To create an account, you must be:
* at least 18 years of age;
* possess the legal right and ability to enter into a legally binding agreement with us; and
* agree and warrant to use the website and Content in accordance with these Terms.

Collection Notice

We collect personal information about you in order to provide you with Content (including course materials, lesson details, and customer service where required) and for the purposes otherwise set out in our Privacy Policy. We may disclose that information to third parties that help us deliver our services (including lesson leads, Double Shot SEO Pty Ltd employees, or business partners) or as required by law. If you do not provide this information, we may not be able to provide all of our course related products and/or services to you.

Participation

It is your responsibility to be available for the tutorials and zoom calls scheduled. Double Shot SEO Pty Ltd will endeavour to provide flexibility where possible. However, Double Shot SEO Pty Ltd, is under no obligation to ensure there is a ‘make up’ or revised tutorial or Zoom session for you. To get the most out of our courses, we recommend watching all videos, completing tasks and turning up to live sessions.

Purchases & Payment

In consideration of us providing the Courses to you, you must pay our charges. The charges are the prices quoted on our website or course platform at the time that you enrol in a course.
All course prices listed are in AUD (Australian Dollars), including GST. Double Shot SEO Pty Ltd will process payments in AUD. If you are undertaking the course in a country outside of Australia, you are responsible for the affect of foreign exchange rates and any changes to the cost of a course. All payments are administered through the secure online payment system, Stripe. Double Shot SEO Pty Ltd will not accept payments from bank transfers or any other method of payment. If you are unable to pay through Stripe, your registration may not be accepted by Double Shot SEO Pty Ltd. Double Shot SEO Pty Ltd course fees may be subject to change from time to time and will be reflected on the website where courses are listed.
Double Shot SEO Pty Ltd manages online payments for our courses via Stripe – a payment (PCI DSS Level 1 compliant) processing platform. Students have the option to pay for their elected course outright or through an installment plan. The installment plan enables you to make partial payments for a set amount of time until the total amount is paid. Titled Subscriptions, Stripe retains your card details to enable us to charge you automatically for the duration of the installation plan. The following information is collected and retained in Stripe:
* Your name
* email address, and
* payment methods (credit cards or debit cards)
Payment Plans:
* Dubsado for Designers: $800 or 2 payments of $440
* ClickUp for Creatives: $495 or 2 payments of $300

course content

When you purchase a Course from Double Shot SEO Pty Ltd, only the services included in the Course will be provided to you. Double Shot SEO Pty Ltd is not responsible for any additional costs associated with your undertaking the course, including, but not limited to: computer / hardware costs; internet costs; travel; accommodation; insurance or any other costs that might arise prior to or during the term of the course undertaken. Double Shot SEO Pty Ltd will not provide any insurance for you whilst undertaking a Double Shot SEO Pty Ltd course.

Refunds

Refunds are available under the following circumstances:
* If you intend to discontinue your registration for a course prior to the course commencing, and wish to receive a full refund, you may choose to do so if a notice of withdrawal is supplied by you in writing within 10 business days of the commencement of the course (that is, 5 days prior to the day you receive your first Content or lesson). You will be entitled to a full refund of the course fee, less a $155 AUD administration fee. The refund may take up to 15 working days to process.
* If you intend to discontinue your registration for a course after the course has commenced, you will not be entitled to a refund based on the digital nature of the course and that you have been given access to course materials.

All refunds will be made through the secure online payment system Stripe, and will be remitted into the account or credit card that the payment was drawn from minus the fees.

Consumer guarantee

In Australia, our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these Terms purports to modify or exclude the conditions, warranties and undertakings, and other legal rights, under the Australian Competition and Consumer Act and other laws. Any and all other warranties or conditions which are not guaranteed by the Australian Consumer Law or the Competition and Consumer Regulation 2010 are expressly excluded where permitted, including liability for incidental or consequential damages caused by breach of any express or implied warranty or condition.

Courses, lessons, and/or videos may contain links to websites operated by third parties. Those links are provided for convenience and may not remain current or be maintained. Unless expressly stated otherwise, we do not endorse and are not responsible for the content on those linked websites and have no control over or rights in those linked websites.

Intellectual property rights

Unless otherwise indicated, Double Shot SEO Pty Ltd owns or licenses from third parties all rights, title and interest (including copyright, designs, patents, trademarks and other intellectual property rights) in this website, our learning platform and in all of the material of our courses, lessons, and videos (including all text, graphics, logos, audio and software) made available on this website, our learning platform or in materials provided as part of courses (ie, the Content).
Upon registration, you agree to not share or transfer any information provided to you via your account. Your use of this website, our learning platform and use of and access to any Content (through your account or email) does not grant or transfer any rights, title or interest to you in relation to this website, our learning platform or the Content. However, we do grant you a license to access the website and view the Content on the terms and conditions set out in this Agreement and, where applicable, as expressly authorised by us and/or our third party licensors.
Any reproduction or redistribution of this website, our learning platform or the Content is prohibited and may result in civil and criminal penalties. In addition, you must not copy the Content to any other server, location or support for publication, reproduction or distribution is expressly prohibited.

If we allow you to post any information to our website, we have the right to take down this information at our sole discretion and without notice. Certification

Double Shot SEO Pty Ltd is providing courses for students that are designed to complement individual career prospects, certifications and credentials. Courses offered by Double Shot SEO Pty Ltd are not accredited and are not university-level degrees, TAFE certificates, or any other form of CRICOS course. If you are required to undertake additional training or courses as part of your career prospects or current employment, it is your responsibility to assess and decide whether Double Shot SEO Pty Ltd courses are the appropriate additional training for you. We make no warranty about your skills or subsequent career outcomes following any of our courses.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, including the Australian Consumer Law, in no event shall we be liable for any direct and indirect loss, damage or expense — irrespective of the manner in which it occurs — which may be suffered due to your use of our website and/or the information or materials contained on it, or our Courses or Content, or as a result of the inaccessibility of this website and/or the fact that certain information or materials contained on it are incorrect, incomplete or not up-to-date.

Views and opinions expressed in courses by tutors or instructors are their own. This includes regular employees of Double Shot SEO Pty Ltd who are acting as instructors or tutors for the purposes of a course. Double Shot SEO Pty Ltd does not accept any liability for advice, views, opinions or recommendations given by a course tutor / instructor in any Double Shot SEO Pty Ltd course. This extends to any notes or documentation provided to you in the duration of your course.

Force majeure

If the performance or observance of any obligations of Double Shot SEO Pty Ltd is prevented, restricted or affected by reason of a force majeure event (any cause beyond the reasonable control of Double Shot SEO Pty Ltd), then Double Shot SEO Pty Ltd may in its absolute discretion, give notice of that cause to you. Once notice is given to you, Double Shot SEO Pty Ltd is excused from such performance of obligations.

Warranties and disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, including the Australian Consumer Law, we make no warranties or representations about this website or the Content, including but not limited to warranties or representations that they will be complete, accurate or up-to-date, that access will be uninterrupted or error-free or free from viruses, or that this website will be secure.

Your enrolment and participation in a Course, use of the website and these Terms are governed by the law of New South Wales and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts exercising jurisdiction in New South Wales.
