Can I join a plan if you didnt build my website?
Yes you can join our plans, but there is an extra $10 a month fee.
Is there a set up fee?
Yes. There is a $99 fee to set up with us, this. This only applies to new clients that have not had their websites built with us or if you have had your website built with us over 6 months ago.
is there any cancellation fees?
No. None. You are free to leave and exploe the big wide world.
what if my site gets hacked on the plan?
We have had ZERO hacks to date…. and we’ve been going for a while! But if it does ever happen we will take care of it and the cleaning of your site for you at no extra cost.
what if i dont start on a plan & i get hacked?
We get to say “I told you so!” and then there is a cleanup fee of $300 to fix your site and then a very stern warning that you should get on one of the plans to prevent any issues or hacking in the future.
