What does a round of edits/support look like?
- Adding, removing or editing text, links or images on your Squarespace website.

Adding, removing or editing Squarespace Scheduling appointments (where this feature has already been set up on your website).

Adding, removing or editing store products (if included in your plan).

Changing or editing your menu, header or footer.

Uploading documents to your website.

Uploading a blog post that you have already written.

Ensuring your site displays correctly on mobile if you’ve made edits to a section on desktop.
what is out of scope?

Adding non-blog pages. This can be done but will be quoted/charged separately.

Support for non-Squarespace products and accounts (e.g. non-Squarespace scheduling, domain hosting, email marketing providers, etc). This may be possible but will be quoted/charged separately.

Writing blog posts and sourcing images. Any blogs posted will feature only text and images that you have provided.

Providing/creating strategies for SEO, marketing, etc.

If something you’ve requested falls out of your plan’s scope, we will let you know and discuss options.
Can I sign up for one month?
- All new subscriptions require a 3 month sign up. You will then be on a month to month charge.
- If you cancel your subscription and then miss us, you will be required to sign up for another 3 month start.
Can I subscribe to a maintenance plan if someone else created my Squarespace website?
- Yes! You can access any of these support plans, regardless of whether we designed and developed your website or not.
How does billing work?
- All plans are charged monthly on the calendar date from joining – e.g. if you start a plan on the 15th, you’ll be billed on the 15th of each month until you cancel.
Can I cancel my website maintenance plan?
- Absolutely – email me two weeks before your invoice for next month to cancel. Cancellations will not apply to any invoices already issued.
What do I need to give you access to?
- We will need Administrator access to your website (you remain the Owner) - don’t worry, we’ll let you know how to do this once we get started.

For most content update and support requests, you’ll be able to send these to us by email. If needed, we can also arrange Google Drive access for file sharing.

Any other access will be discussed on an as needed basis 🙂
